The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, management, and successful delivery of a portfolio of high-profile development projects. Reporting to the Project Director, the role oversees the full project lifecycle across mixed-use developments, including new-build, commercial, bespoke residential, refurbishment, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams, the Senior Project Manager will lead projects across the Taymouth Castle Estate, Kenmore Village, Glenlyon Estate, and other locations as required. The role is accountable for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

As Senior Project Manager you lead the development and delivery of projects across the Taymouth Castle Estate, Kenmore Village, and Glenlyon Estate. This includes establishing project teams, appointing specialist consultants, and overseeing site investigations, surveys, and technical assessments to support successful project outcomes. This role is responsible for developing scopes of service and RFPs for the procurement of consultants and contractors, evaluating fee proposals with the Development Team to ensure value for money and alignment with project objectives.
You establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and communication protocols are in place across all stakeholders. You develop, manage and monitor project programmes and risk registers, ensuring key milestones are achieved while proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. In addition, you oversee cost management in collaboration with consultants and contractors, ensuring effective budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination will be central to the role, including leading communication across project teams, chairing meetings, producing accurate minutes and ensuring timely follow-up on actions. Coordinating design teams in collaboration with the Development Team Lead, ensuring design outputs are delivered in line with programme requirements. Managing project information within Procure to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Ensuring effective project close-out, including the timely completion of handover documentation and coordination with operations for a smooth transition.
Regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and health and safety compliance, while proactively addressing issues that may impact programme delivery. You oversee procurement activities, including contractor and consultant prequalification, tender management, and contract administration in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor and Lead Design Consultant.
Taking responsibility for producing weekly and monthly project reports, providing clear updates on progress, risks, programme, and budget performance. Full compliance with health and safety requirements while maintaining high-quality standards across all project activities.
Flexibility is required with a project of this nature; other duties may be required to ensure all work is completed and compliant with the high standards associated with our club and facilities. Proven experience in project management, development management, or construction management is essential, ideally gained within real estate, hospitality, new-build residential projects, listed building refurbishment, or similar environments. A bachelor’s degree in project management, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required. Chartered status (MCIOB, MRICS, or equivalent) is also essential. You will have experience leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams, managing high-value projects, and working within luxury hospitality, residential and heritage environments.

- Proficiency in Microsoft packages including, Word and Excel, Outlook, Power Point and report writing.
- Full UK driving license - You will be required to travel between locations.
