At the heart of our hubs is our reception and customer experience team – the friendly faces and welcoming voices that set the tone for every visit and help our community feel valued and supported. We are looking for Team Members to join our squad with a strong focus on delivering excellent reception and front-of-house service. You’ll be the first point of contact for our members and visitors – greeting guests, managing pitch bookings from reception, answering enquiries with professionalism and warmth, and ensuring everyone who comes through our doors feels welcome. Alongside reception duties, this is a varied, hands-on role that also includes serving in our café bar and helping prepare for children’s parties.
Ideally you’ll have experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, friendly attitude. Most importantly, you’ll enjoy being part of a team that makes every visit to Leisure United unforgettable. A great reception experience is key to helping us deliver the warm, community-focused environment we’re known for.
25 days annual leave a year plus bank holidays.
