We are looking for part time care workers to cover 07:00 - 11:00 and also 15:30 - 22:30, this will include alternate weekends.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to clients in their homes.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Assist with medication management and administration.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
- Promote independence and respect clients’ dignity at all times.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients.'
' Prior experience in home or community care is preferred but not essential
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's, or memory care is advantageous.
- Reliable, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients.
- Ability to assist with mobility and ADLs effectively.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to home care.'

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.95-£13.57 per hour
