We are looking for an experienced bartender to our Lock 91 family, have you got the talent to be apart of Manchester's quirkiest events venue?
This will be an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who MUST have bar experience, an abundance of charisma and charm, exceptional eye for detail, some knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits (cocktail experience is preferred ), most importantly be a team player who wants to grow and challenge themselves with the opportunity to move up into a higher role.
Shifts will be Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with the occasional options for week day shifts, we do ask that you are flexible with working patterns as we do hold a lot of mid week events.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons and addressing their needs promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
- Manage sales transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for billing.
- Collaborate with all staff to serve drink orders efficiently.

Trial shifts are NOT paid, if you are accepted for the job, your trial shift hours will be included in your first pay.
