We're Eidyn Care — a multi-award-winning, family-run care company operating across Fife, Edinburgh and Kinross. We're hiring Home Care Assistants across Fife and Kinross right now, with immediate starts available.
This isn't agency work. You'll be part of a real team, with consistent clients, consistent hours, and management you can actually talk to.
The role
You'll support people in their own homes with:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
- Medication prompts
- Meals, light housework and shopping
- Companionship and conversation
Shift patterns
- Early: 7am – 2pm
- Evening: 4pm – 10pm
- Rota: 3 on / 4 off and 4 on / 3 off on a two-week rotation

What we need from you
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- The right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
- A caring, reliable, and compassionate approach — experience is welcome but not essential
