The Role: What you will do?
The Private MSK Service is recruiting for a Team Leader at our Crystal Palace and Orpington clinics. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated physiotherapist to step into a leadership role, combing clinical excellence with operational management in a supportive and collaborative environment.
This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of physiotherapists, support operational delivery and maintain a clinical caseload. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management:

Lead a team of physiotherapists, providing clinical support and performance, wellbeing & development (PWD) supervisions and contributing to high quality clinical outcomes

Be the first point of contact for clinical & non-clinical queries from your team
Clinical Responsibilities

Maintain a clinical caseload, delivering high quality physiotherapy services

Complete clinical audits with support from the Clinical Lead

Aim to exceed service user expectations by delivering excellent outcomes and customer service
-
Lead by example in both clinical and non-clinical time
Operational Responsibilities

Manage patient complaints and incidents with support from the Operations team
-
Assist with recruitment, workforce planning and inductions of new starters
-
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team across clinical and administrative functions

Be the expert on your assigned clinics and assist to improve operational performance

Conducting monthly PWDs for your direct reports and and holding team members accountable over KPI’s
