Mobile Cleaning Support Operative (own car required)

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will be the "glue" that keeps our operations running smoothly, ensuring our cleaning teams have the backup they need to maintain our high standards.
The Role
As a Mobile Cleaning Support Operative, you will travel between various locations to assist our onsite teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing hands-on cleaning support to ensure sites meet operational requirements.
- Stepping in to cover shifts and maintain service continuity.
- Conducting quality checks with an expert eye for detail.
- Working collaboratively with onsite staff while maintaining the ability to work effectively as a lone worker.
Requirements
- Vehicle & Travel: You must have access to your own reliable vehicle and be prepared to use it for travel between sites.
- Mindset: We need a self-starter with plenty of initiative who can solve problems on the go.
- Teamwork: A positive attitude and the ability to work well alongside diverse teams.
- Standards: A keen eye for detail—you don’t miss a spot!
