We are looking for a Lettings Inspector covering parts of the North West who is passionate about property with a keen eye for detail. A friendly, confident and outgoing personality is crucial. Lettings experience is preferred but not essential.
The role is interesting and varied and will be predominantly based out of the office conducting property inspections at the start, middle and end of tenancies. The successful applicant will be efficient, thorough, reliable and able to work independently. You will ideally have experience of carrying out inspections in a similar lettings role, be highly organised, able to deal with sometimes difficult situations and able to multitask efficiently.
You will also be of smart appearance, excellent communicator, able to organise your own diary and be a car owner with a full driving license.
Job Description
Carrying out property inspections-Move in and Move outs along with mid tenancy inspections.
Preparing inventories.
Updating landlord on inspection reports and works required.
Managing your own diary and prioritising your work.
Dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries.
Dealing with tenants and landlords.
Competent computer skills - Word, Excel etc.
