What We Offer
- Guaranteed £25,493/year (37 hrs) + overtime opportunities
- £12.25–£14.60/hr (part-time or extra hours)
- £85 sleep-in rate
- Paid travel time + 45p/mile travel allowance
- Paid training, DBS, uniform & PPE
- Flexible contracts (20 or 37/ 40 hrs)
- Funded NVQ progression (Carer → Team Leader → Deputy Manager)
