Position: Experienced Property Sales Negotiator
Location: Dunchurch, Rugby, UK
OTE: UP TO £50,000 per annum

The Ideal Candidate:
· Professional, friendly, and driven to achieve targets.

· Own vehicle and full driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and nurture strong client relationships to consistently support new business opportunities.
· Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to potential buyers.
· Work closely with the sales progression team to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship building.
Qualifications/Experience:
· Relevant experience in estate agency preferred.
· Sales-driven individuals with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm.
