Job Title: Residential Children’s Support Worker
Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time shift work (including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins)

About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Children’s Support Workers.
You will be working within a residential care setting, supporting children and young people who may have experienced trauma, challenging backgrounds, or emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Your role will be to provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where young people can thrive, develop independence, and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people
- Promote a positive, safe, and homely environment
- Support with daily routines, including education, activities, and life skills
- Build trusting relationships and act as a positive role model
- Manage challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with company policies

Requirements:
- 12+ months previous experience working with children or young people within children’s residential homes
- Willingness to work shifts, including sleeps
- Full UK driving licence
- Level 3 in Children & Young People
