An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the Maintenance department at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Electrician. This is an excellent role for someone who is highly motivated to ensure all Club sites are maintained to a high standard.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Carry out routine and reactive electrical maintenance and repairs across the site, both internal and external.
- Support and deliver electrical projects as directed by the Facilities Manager
- Operate and monitor stadium floodlight systems during matches, including software updates (full training provided).
- Use tools, equipment, and access systems safely and in line with Health & Safety regulations, including erecting temporary screening where required.
- Manage electrical materials and respond promptly to maintenance requests, reporting any issues or discrepancies to management.
- To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- NVQ level 3 electrician qualification or equivalent
- 5 years post apprenticeship experience
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspecting & testing qualifications
- 17th/18th Edition qualified
Desirable:
- Member of the Joint Industry Board
