About the Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children’s development through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. You’ll contribute to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and implement creative, child-centred activities
- Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
- Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- A kind, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children
- Solid understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
