We are looking for a motivated, confident, and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on a temporary full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.

The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in helping us grow our customer base through proactive outreach and customer engagement. You'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities while representing our brand professionally.
No two days will be the same. You'll spend time speaking with prospective customers, following up on enquiries, and visiting our sites to engage with customers and support local business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers and businesses
- Introduce and promote our products and services professionally
- Identify customer needs and qualify sales opportunities
- Generate and nurture new business leads
- Schedule appointments and meetings where appropriate
- Follow up on enquiries and previous conversations
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Visit our sites to engage with customers and identify opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
- Gather customer feedback and market insights
- Work closely with management to report on sales performance and opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, lead generation, retail, hospitality, recruitment, or business development is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with new people both over the phone and face-to-face
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence
