The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor to support the management team and help lead our team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for guests.
- Support, motivate, and develop team members.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
- Support stock management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
- Work closely with both front and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.

- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to lead by example.
