We are currently looking for motivated and quality driven full time Complex Care Support Workers / Caregivers in Bo’ness to join our growing Homecare Scotland family.

The Client:
A man living with Motor Neurone Disease in his own home. He is a big music fan and loves to spend time outdoors with his family and pet cat. He has a non-invasive ventilator and is supported with this by the NHS. He would benefit from a clear communicator due to the noise of the ventilator and someone who can support him with his interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with daily living and ventilation
- Assistance with all aspects of personal care, moving and handling
- A Full UK Driving licence is an preferred requirement due to the location of the clients home.
Desirable Experience:
Training, ongoing supervision and support from colleagues, family and manager will be available.
- Excellent team working skills
- Care experience is desirable but not essential as training is provided
- A great sense of fun and humour
- Clear communication is essential due to client’s equipment
Our work pattern:
Night shift x 3 per week – 22:00 – 07:00
Potential to develop into day shifts
