Wellbeing Practitioner for Children and Young People (CWP)
Full-Time – 37 hours per week
Salary: £29,606 per annum
Location: Cornwall (travel across the county will be required)

Young People Cornwall is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) to join our Hear Our Voice team.
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver low-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions for children, young people, and families experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, and common behavioural challenges.
The successful candidate will receive clinical supervision and ongoing professional development support.
Key Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate diploma in Low-Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Children, Young People and Families.
- Experience of working with children, young people, and families in both one-to-one and group settings.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, young people’s participation, routine outcome monitoring, shared decision-making, and collaborative working with children and families.
- Ability to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively.
- Ability and willingness to travel across Cornwall as required.
