Watersports & Activities Crew
Taymouth Marina, Loch Tay
Join us on the shores of Loch Tay at our award-winning wellness resort, where your workplace is the water.
We’re looking for energetic, confident and safety-focused team members to deliver unforgettable outdoor experiences. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role working across a range of activities including kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing, and pedalos, with opportunities to support guided sessions like sunset paddles.
The Role
- Deliver and supervise watersports activities
- Provide excellent guest experiences
- Operate safety cover on the water when required
- Maintain equipment and keep the site running smoothly

Preferred Qualifications
- RYA Powerboat Level 2
- Paddle Sport Leader/Instructor (SCA or equivalent)
- First Aid
