Night Shift Warehouse Operative
· Location: Hannah Food Service, Skelmersdale (Custom-Built Distribution Centre)
· Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 pm – 06:00 am (40 hours/week, 37.5 hours paid)
· Salary: £25,759.50 per annum
- Discretionary Monthly Bonus: £50 per month (after probation)
· OTE: £26,359.50 per annum (with discretionary bonus after a successful probation completed)

About the Role
As a Night Shift Warehouse Operative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately picking and checking customer orders
- Safely wrapping pallets to ensure secure transport
- Loading vehicles according to driver run sheets
- Stacking items on pallets for stability and minimal product damage
- Operating MHE equipment (e.g. PPTs, Reach Trucks – training provided if needed)
- Following all health & safety and internal warehouse procedures
- Completing pick sheets accurately and in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who are:
· Reliable, with a good attendance record
· Comfortable working in cold environments (freezer & chiller – PPE provided)
· Experienced in a warehouse environment – preferred but not essential
· Able to manage time effectively and work at pace
· Good team players who can also work independently
· Communicative, with good verbal skills and attention to detail
· Reach truck or PPT experience – advantageous
