The Role
You'll be working in a school that provides a safe and supportive learning environment for pupils aged 8 to 16. The school's mission is to offer a personalised and therapeutic education for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The curriculum is tailored to each student's specific needs, focusing on developing life skills, emotional regulation, and academic engagement. Your role will be hands-on, providing crucial support in the classroom and helping pupils to engage with their learning. This includes assisting with activities, helping with 1:1 or small group work, and promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
