Scaffold Apprentice - Urenco, Capenhurst
We’re looking for a motivated Scaffolding Apprentice to join our team and learn the trade from experienced professionals. In this role, you’ll support qualified scaffolders with the assembly, dismantling, and inspection of scaffolding at the Capenhurst site. You’ll receive hands‑on training, gain industry‑recognised skills, and work towards becoming a fully qualified scaffolder.
DBS Check, and SC clearance will be required before commencing on site. (Altrad will support successful candidate through this)
This role will involve working 38 hour weeks Monday - Friday, with an immediate start available.
The position is paid under NAECI agreements £9.08 an hour plus £2 hourly bonus on top
Must be local to site

Key responsibilities
Assist with building, securing, and taking down scaffolding structures
Carry materials, prepare work areas, and keep the site safe and organised
Learn to use scaffolding tools and equipment correctly
Follow safety procedures and support the team with daily tasks
