What You Will Be doing …
Working within a supportive Finance Team to efficiently manage the purchase ledger, liaise with suppliers and colleagues to resolve queries. Processing high volumes of intricate invoices through Zahara/Sage Intacct.
- Checking invoices and querying where necessary and following up for missing information by phone and email

Liaising with colleagues in obtaining authorisation of invoices

Reconciling supplier accounts

Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details within the purchase ledger

Digitised filling of invoices, statements and other documents

Ensure mailboxes are reviewed daily with e-mails being dealt with promptly

Efficiently resolving supplier queries

Additional general duties

Assist in any other areas within the Finance Department as and when required

Understand and uphold the standards outlined in My Space Health and Safety Policy
What we will be looking for from you …
- Experience of using Sage Intacct (desirable)

Experience of prioritising work to meet tight deadlines

Able to resolve queries and have difficult conversations

Working with a can-do positive attitude and approach

Be able to work flexibly in meeting the needs and demands of the organisation.
