Samba Soccer Schools is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced football coach and leader to take responsibility for an existing coaching region covering Dartford and South East London.
This role involves managing two established venues, with the opportunity to expand by opening further venues in the area over time. You will operate with a high level of autonomy while working within our proven systems, structure, and brand.
You’ll be hands-on on the ground, leading by example, supporting coaches, ensuring quality delivery, and maintaining an excellent experience for parents and players.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and delivering football classes for children aged 4–12
- Managing and supporting coaches across multiple locations
- Maintaining high session quality and brand standards
- Carrying out class observations and spot checks
- Providing ongoing feedback and support to coaches during sessions
- Communicating professionally with parents in person, over the phone, and via email
- Managing day-to-day tasks such as bookings, memberships and general enquiries
- Supporting growth by sourcing new coaches and venues in your area

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Lives locally (Dartford / Plumstead / Welling area)
- Holds FA Level 1 or 2 (or equivalent) coaching qualification
- Has strong experience coaching children aged 4–12
- Has leadership or management experience
- Is organised, proactive, and reliable
- Has strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Is comfortable handling admin and organisational tasks
- Has strong computer literacy
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys responsibility
- Wants a long-term role with progression
