As an Rosterer (Allocations Officer) you will be based in our Plymouth office (PL46NX), responsible for managing a team of Care & Support workers.
We operate a day to day service, 7 days a week, the successful candidate will be working 37.5 hours over Monday to Friday, 0900-1700. Evening and weekend work maybe required to ensure a consistent and supportive leadership to our teams, with the expectation to participate with the on-call rota for the Domiciliary service, including weekends (additional payment)
You will be required to be part of the on-call rota supporting care staff out of office hours and helping in the community if needed.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Roster the care workers utilising People Planner system in an efficient, accurate and cost-effective way
- Post holder will be required to undertake on-call duties on a rota basis.
- Skills/ Experience Required:
- Excellent knowledge of Plymouth Streets & Areas -Desirable
- Health and Social Care Diploma at Level 2 or working towards-Desirable
- Experience of People Planner or similar software rostering tool, and excellent IT skills
- Experience of working in Homecare
- Takes responsibility for actions and gives great customer service
- Works as a team player.
- Attention to detail and methodical
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle.
