Job Overview
We are seeking to employ two cleaners to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the premises. Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of offices and other clinical environments, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored correctly and in good working order.
Always follow health and safety procedures, during cleaning activities, including COSHH.
Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
Adhere to the organisation’s cleaning schedules in line with infection and prevention control to ensure consistent service delivery.
Skills
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions carefully.
Good organisational skills to manage time effectively.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning activities.
