Job Overview:
We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented bar/waiting staff to join our team. Over 18 years old essential due to licensing laws. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work well within a team as well as independently
