They are looking for a Housing & Compliance Officer to join their team and help create safe, stable and supportive environments where people can thrive, develop independence and feel part of their community.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining tenancy management, housing support, compliance and property oversight in a role where every day has a meaningful impact.

You'll play a key role in managing tenancies, supporting residents and ensuring properties remain safe, compliant and well maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing rent and service charge accounts, including arrears recovery and payment plans
- Supporting tenancy sustainment and helping residents maintain successful tenancies
- Investigating and resolving tenancy issues, anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concerns
- Carrying out housing management duties including sign-ups, tenancy reviews and void management
- Supporting residents to access alternative housing options where appropriate
- Conducting regular health and safety inspections across schemes
- Working closely with care and maintenance teams to deliver positive outcomes for residents
- Managing property standards, cleaning and environmental improvements
- Ensuring compliance processes are followed and accurate records maintained
- Building positive relationships with residents, external agencies and support services
What we're looking for
We're keen to hear from people who have experience within housing, tenancy management, supported housing or similar community-based services.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience working within housing, supported housing or tenancy management
- Understanding of tenancy agreements, licences and housing legislation
- Knowledge of welfare benefits and housing benefit processes
- Experience managing tenancy-related issues including arrears, ASB or tenancy breaches
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good IT and administrative skills
- A proactive and organised approach
- Resilience, empathy and the ability to work in a challenging but rewarding environment
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
What's in it for you?
Alongside a genuinely rewarding role, you'll benefit from:
- 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
- 2 wellbeing days each year
- Medicash healthcare plan
- Company pension scheme
- Cycle to Work scheme
- EV salary sacrifice scheme
- Employee referral programme
- Supportive and collaborative team culture
- Opportunities to develop and grow your career
