We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our clients ambitious kitchen team within a highly regarded two rosette restaurant focused on fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce.
Our clients menus are driven by a genuine farm-to-fork philosophy, celebrating the very best ingredients from local suppliers and home-grown seasonal produce. Working in a creative, quality-led kitchen, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes with strong attention to detail and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards
- Assist in creating seasonal menus using fresh local produce
- Train and motivate junior chefs
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety
- Manage kitchen service confidently in the Head Chef’s absence
- Assist with stock management, ordering and minimising waste
About You
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a quality fresh-food kitchen
- Experience within a rosette or fine dining environment preferred
- Passion for seasonal, farm-to-fork cooking
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
