What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trainee Store Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with our current management team to learn the ropes. You will gradually take ownership of:
- Leading the Team: Motivating, coaching, and developing a high-energy team of Sandwich Artists.
- Driving Operations: Ensuring standard-perfect food safety, pristine store cleanliness, and lightning-fast customer service.
- Managing the Numbers: Learning how to control food costs, manage stock levels, and optimize labor hours to drive profitability.
- Customer Experience: Building a loyal customer base by ensuring every sub is served with a smile.
Who You Are
We are looking for an ambitious, up-and-coming leader who brings energy and a fresh perspective. You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Some Industry Footing: Experience working as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Keyholder in a fast-paced food service, hospitality, or retail environment (QSR experience is a massive plus).
- Natural Leadership: You know how to lead by example, keep your cool during a lunchtime rush, and rally a team.
