Salary: £50,000 per year (Starting Salary)
Contract: 2-month probation followed by a 12-month fixed term

The Role & Performance Reward

Hands-on Leadership & Driver Authority
The ideal candidate must have extensive HGV (C+E) driving experience. We need a manager who understands the reality of the road and can command natural authority. You will support our drivers while ensuring strict adherence to company standards, discipline, and professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Managing daily routing, fleet efficiency, and driver performance.
- Compliance & ADR: Full responsibility for the Operator’s Licence (O-Licence) and all DVSA standards. Expertise in ADR and specialized transport is essential.
- Team Development: Using your industry network to recruit and maintain a permanent, high-quality team of drivers, ensuring long-term stability for our fleet.
- Business Development: Working closely with the CEO to secure major contracts and optimize transport models.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
