We are looking for a Finance Support Coordinator who can support day to day finance administration and help keep financial processes organised. You are not just updating spreadsheets or checking invoices; you are helping maintain accurate records, follow up on missing information, support client communication, and make sure finance related tasks are completed on time.
You will work closely with finance, administration, client services, and operations teams to make sure documents are updated, payment information is tracked, and daily finance support is handled professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Finance Administration Support: Assist with invoice tracking, payment updates, document checks, account records, and routine finance related administration.
Record Management: Maintain accurate spreadsheets, client records, invoice logs, payment notes, filing systems, and operational finance documents.
Client Communication: Respond professionally to finance related queries, request missing information, share updates, and escalate complex matters when required.
Team Coordination: Work with finance, administration, client services, and operations teams to share updates and keep priorities clear.
Process Follow Up: Monitor pending invoices, missing documents, payment updates, record errors, and workflow issues, then escalate concerns when needed.
Reporting: Prepare simple finance summaries, activity updates, payment notes, and task reports for supervisors or management.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in finance administration, accounts support, billing support, office administration, client coordination, or business support is preferred.
Numeracy: You are comfortable working with figures, checking details, and reviewing basic financial records.
Organisation: You can manage multiple tasks, update records accurately, and follow finance processes carefully.
Communication Skills: You can write clear emails, speak professionally, and coordinate confidently with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
Attention to Detail: You notice missing information, invoice errors, payment discrepancies, and deadline risks before they become bigger problems.
Tooling: You are comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, shared files, calendars, and basic finance or office systems.
Mindset: You are dependable, practical, and calm under pressure. You know how to prioritise work, follow up properly, and keep finance support moving.
Pay: £2,250.00-£2,650.00 per month
