Duties:
- Perform vehicle servicing and repairs efficiently within manufacturer-approved timescales
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Advise customers on vehicle faults and servicing requirements, including future maintenance planning
- Identify opportunities for cost savings for customers through preventative maintenance recommendations
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with manufacturer specifications
- Support MOT testing (desirable but not essential)
- Maintain accurate records of all work and communicate effectively with the service team and customers
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician within a Main Dealership or similar environment
- Fully qualified with relevant manufacturer certifications
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- A team-oriented approach and good customer service skills
- MOT testing certification is desirable but not essential
