Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Leasehold Estate Manager to oversee and administer leasehold properties efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration of leasehold properties, including renewals, notices, and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate data entry related to lease agreements, tenant details, and property records using Yardi or similar property management software
- Respond promptly to tenant enquiries via phone and email, demonstrating professional phone etiquette at all times
- Assist with upselling additional services or lease extensions to maximise revenue opportunities
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure property upkeep and repairs are addressed efficiently
- Prepare reports and documentation related to leasehold estates for internal review and regulatory compliance
- Support the organisation of property inspections, meetings, and other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience with CRM or comparable property management systems is highly desirable
- Previous office or administrative experience, preferably within property management or real estate sectors
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
- Prior experience in leasehold estate management, Section 20, LPE1 enquiries or related fields will be considered an asset. qualifications IRPM would be highly beneficial.
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
