Mobile Air Conditioning Installer | £45,000 | London & Surrounding Areas
We are currently looking for two Mobile Air Conditioning Installers to join a growing team covering Kent, South East London, and occasional Hertfordshire travel.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced installers looking for a stable, long-term role with a mixture of domestic and commercial projects. The majority of the work will be within residential properties, installing a range of air conditioning systems for homeowners and developers.
The Role
- Installation of split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems
- Mobile position covering Kent, South East London, and Hertfordshire
- Approximately 70% domestic work with the remainder being commercial projects
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
Package
- Salary up to £45,000
- Company van provided
- Fuel card provided
- Uniform provided
- Personal use of van permitted for reasonable use
- 40-hour working week
- No on-call rota
- Overtime paid at:
- Time and a half on Saturdays
- Double time on Sundays
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Statutory Sick Pay
Requirements
- F-Gas Category 1
- IPAF
- PASMA
- Experience installing split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems
- Experience working within domestic properties
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated approach to work
