Our client, a reputable automotive service provider in Gravesend, Kent, is seeking a dedicated professional for the position of Automotive Diagnostic Vehicle Technician. Our client is looking for a highly competent Automotive Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to service and repair German brand vehicles, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Volkswagen. The successful candidate will play a key role in diagnosing complex issues, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties:
- Diagnose and repair intricate electrical and mechanical issues in German brand vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre rotations
- Utilise diagnostic tools and advanced equipment to identify faults accurately
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs and diagnostics
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements in German automotive brands
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and professional conduct
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Diagnostic Vehicle Technician, specialising in German brands
- Relevant certifications and industry recognised qualifications
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Customer-focused approach with good communication skills
