Provisioning Advisor

About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering seamless customer experiences? Digital Space is looking for a Provisioning Advisor to join our team in Newark. You will play a vital role in the end-to-end delivery of our products and services, ensuring every customer journey is accurate, timely, and efficient.
As a Provisioning Advisor, you will manage the lifecycle of connectivity, hardware, and software orders from initial provisioning to decommissioning. You’ll be the bridge between our customers, internal departments, and third-party suppliers, ensuring high standards are met at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Provision and decommission connectivity, hardware, and software in collaboration with suppliers and purchasing teams.
- Service Delivery: Manage day-to-day customer interactions, setting clear expectations and providing progress updates throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Problem Solving: Act as an escalation point for order issues, tracking them through to a successful resolution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure clean handovers and foster excellent cross-departmental relationships.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and document new processes to enhance business efficiency.
- Data Integrity: Ensure all internal systems are updated accurately according to company processes.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential, ideally within the Telco industry or a related field.
- Technical Familiarity: Practical experience with provisioning services such as Ethernet, FTTP, SOGEA, or Broadband is preferred but not essential.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact successfully at all levels.
- Organisation: First-class time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple concurrent orders under strict deadlines.
- Tech Savvy: Competence in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Mindset: A proactive "can-do" attitude with a results-oriented work ethic.
