Branch Manager – Electrical Wholesale (South London)
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy national Electrical Wholesale branch in South London. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage branch performance, sales targets, and profitability.
- Lead, support, and motivate the internal and trade counter team.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and commercial customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and efficient branch operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive local market growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in electrical wholesale or trade distribution.
- Strong knowledge of electrical products and industry customers.
- People management or team leadership experience.
- Commercially driven with strong customer focus.
