Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

We are seeking an organised and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Causeway Hotel. This is a varied and interesting office-based role, providing essential administrative support to the management team and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of hotel administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll administration
- General filing and office administration duties
- Providing administrative support to the management team
- Data entry and accurate record keeping
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Maintaining confidential employee and business records
- Assisting with general office tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous office administrative experience is essential
- Experience within a hotel environment would be advantageous
- Experience of cash handling
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
