Bespoke joinery, exacting detail, and exceptional craftsmanship. We need a skilled Bench Joiner who can produce precise, high quality work from our Littlehampton workshop.
The Role
- You’ll take responsibility for your work in the workshop. Not just assembly, but measuring, manufacturing, and finishing accurately.
- Manufacture high end bespoke joinery to a consistently high standard
- Work on kitchens, wardrobes, doors, cabinetry, wall panelling, vanity units, and custom furniture
- Interpret drawings and cutting lists confidently
- Produce clean joints, accurate assembly, and high quality finishes
- Identify issues early and resolve efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workshop environment
What we need
- Strong experience in bespoke joinery or cabinet making
- Ability to deliver consistent, high quality craftsmanship
- Confident reading drawings and manufacturing from specification
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, organised, and commercially aware
- Experience using workshop machinery safely and effectively
