Multi Traders Required – Birmingham (Social Housing)
We are currently recruiting experienced Multi Traders to join our client’s growing team in Birmingham, working on social housing contracts across void properties.
The Role
You will be carrying out a range of works within void properties, including:
- Kitchen fitting
- Bathroom installations
- General multi-trade repairs and maintenance
- Completing work to a high standard and within deadlines

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader
- Own van and tools (essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience within social housing/void properties preferred
