About the role
Moxie People are supporting a long-established precision engineering business as they welcome two new Manual Turners into their small, friendly team. With two retirements on the horizon, this is a chance to step into a stable, well-run workshop where quality comes first and processes have been refined over 20 years.
- You'll be producing high-accuracy components on manual lathes (Colchester and Hardinge)
- Working to tight tolerances, and machining a wide range of materials including aluminium, steels, plastics, and ceramics
- You'll read and interpret engineering drawings, set up your own jobs, and use mechanical and digital measuring tools to check your work
- You'll also play an active role in maintaining the smooth running of the workshop - keeping things clean, safe, and ready for the next job

- Flexible start/finish times (06:30/07:30 - 15:30/16:00)

About you
