Lead Kickboxing Instructor – Southampton & Surrounding Areas Part-time | Evenings and/or weekends / Immediate Start
AG Martial Arts is expanding and we need an experienced, confident instructor who can walk in and run their own classes from day one.
This isn't an assistant role. You'll be the lead coach at your location, delivering sessions, managing students, and representing the club. You'll have the full support and management of an experienced head coach behind you, but on the mat, the class is yours.
The Role
- Lead kickboxing classes for children and/or adults across our locations in the Southampton area
- Deliver structured, safe, and engaging sessions independently
- Build relationships with students and parents
- Operate as the face of AG Martial Arts at your location
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience coaching or instructing martial arts; you can run a class without being told how
- Reliable, professional, and punctual; students and parents depend on you showing up
- Enhanced DBS (current or willing to obtain)
- Own transport; essential
- Available evenings, potentially weekends
- Good with children and adults of all abilities
