Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Property Performance Delivery Business Partner for a housing association in Greater Manchester. This is a permanent position, paying £50,000 per annum, and is home-based, with office attendance required on an ad-hoc basis to suit business need.
The role:
- Act as an advisor to Asset Management, Property Services, Sustainability and Building Safety Teams, conducting service reviews to improve operational efficiency
- Provide analytical insight to strengthen decision-making and accountability
- Develop and maintain performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting tools that accurately monitor performance across service areas
- Monitor operational performance, identify trends, and highlight areas requiring intervention
- Prepare performance reports for senior leaders and boards
- Maintain data quality and integrity across property and asset systems, with regular audits and data cleansing cycles
What you need:
- Experience in performance management within social housing or similar environment
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience of driving service improvement and operational change
- Knowledge of housing legislation, regulatory standards, and sector best practices
Pay: £50,000.00 per year
