What You'll Do
Every day is unique and rewarding. You'll empower individuals to gain independence at home, in the community, and beyond. This might involve:
- Assisting with daily living skills and personal care as needed
- Promoting social inclusion through activities and outings
- Supporting education, like attending college or learning to cook
- Encouraging independent living, from managing finances to planning holidays
- Fostering fun and enjoyment in all aspects of life

What We're Looking For
No prior experience? No problem – we provide full training, including the Care Certificate and QCF Social Care qualifications. We offer flexible hours to fit your life, whether you're experienced or just starting out.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo DBS checks and screening
- Two satisfactory references
- Ideally, at least one year of experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant (but not essential)
