This role is focused towards achieving these objectives through supporting the RTT (Referral to Treatment) and DM01 (Diagnostic) Management Team in providing the information required to support the operational management of patient pathways.
You will be required to validate both treatment and diagnostic pathways thoroughly, accurately and timely through the act of validation.
Support the RTT/DM01 delivery of accurate and timely information on waiting lists to support the effective management of primary targeting lists (PTL). This will include active, suspended and planned referral to treatment and diagnostic waiting lists
Support the RTT/DM01 team in collating information to measure achievement against key performance indicators and reflect how the Trust is managing activity flows
Provide the relevant operational staff with accurate and up to date information
Review data collected to identify any inconsistencies and validate potential errors / anomalies to ensure information reported is both complete and accurate
Provide support to ensure that data provision is both timely and accurate and that all internal and external reporting deadlines are met
Work with other members of the RTT and DM01 Validation team, Data Insights Team and Operational Teams to ensure the continued improvement of data quality around the Trust
