The hours for this role are 1:00am to 10am.
Pay: Between £32,600 and £35,000 depending on experience

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Artisanal Baker to bring their craft to our busy night shift team. This is your opportunity to work with premium ingredients, traditional methods, and a dedicated group of professionals committed to excellence in every loaf and pastry.
Important: This position is open only to candidates who are UK residents or have settled status/right to work in the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating ovens and managing baking cycles to perfection.
- Preparing and mixing dough using traditional, time-honoured techniques.
- Scoring, glazing, and shaping dough for top-quality results.
- Monitoring proofing and ensuring products meet our high artisan standards.
- Assisting in viennoiserie production when required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Supporting the team to meet production schedules without compromising quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in artisan bread-making using traditional techniques.
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation and proofing.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to learn – we welcome those with some experience who are keen to develop further.
