Be the first point of contact for answering all telephone calls, taking messages and customer queries. Sign in, meet, greet, and welcome all visitors. You must be a team player with good communication skills and respect for older people. Posting invoices in Sage, filing, photo copying/scanning, and reconciling petty cash etc. You must be able to use Microsoft excel, word and outlook. Must be well organised hard working with ability to work under pressure.

Queen Elizabeth Care Centre offers a modern purposely built 74 beds situated in the residential area in Englefield Green in Surrey.
Rooms are furnished to a high standard with 24-hour call system. However, we welcome residents to personalise their room with their own belongings and our-in-house maintenance staff are always on hand to help.
The home offers a range of communal facilities such as large lounges, dining rooms, and smaller quiet rooms or family lounges which can even be suitable for private dining. All areas are easily accessible with large lifts to support movement between floors.
Queen Elizabeth Care Centre has a spacious, flat level landscaped garden with a barbecue area for the full enjoyment of residents and their guests.
We employ full-time maintenance and housekeeping staff on the premises and our continued investment ensures high standards and a clean environment.
