Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Team Member to join our team at the Yo! Sushi kiosk inside Tesco Extra. No experience is necessary, as full training will be provided on site. This role involves supporting various operational tasks, including rolling Sushi and preparation of Asian dishes for take away within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills and a willingness to learn, while contributing to the efficient running of the business.
Duties
- Preparing ready meal bowls, the preparation of Sushi, keeping a clean and tidy working area and fridges.
- Helping customers with enquiries
- Communicating effectively with team members and customers.
- Ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Assisting with general tasks around the kiosk as required
- Participating in training sessions to improve skills and operational knowledge
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a busy environment
- Physical fitness to perform extended periods of standing or walking
This role is suitable for individuals who are organised, dependable, and eager to contribute positively to our team.
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
