Join one of the most exciting new ventures to come out of Freddie's Flowers!
A few years ago, we built a small customer reactivation team inside Freddie's Flowers, calling old customers and reintroducing them to the brand. Today, that team delivers almost a third of our weekly acquisitions and has become one of the company's most successful growth channels. Now we're taking what we've learned and building something new, introducing Re:Mind.
Re:Mind is a customer reactivation and growth agency, specialising in outbound calling campaigns. We now work with some of the UK's most exciting direct-to-consumer brands to reconnect with customers and drive revenue.
Built by the team behind one of Freddie's Flowers' biggest success stories, Re:Mind is now expanding beyond Freddie's Flowers and partnering with ambitious brands across food, subscription, retail and e-commerce; alongside Freddie’s Flowers we’re working with Oddbox, Butter and Crust, Symprove and Pure Pet food.
We're at the beginning of an exciting journey and are looking for exceptional people who want to help build something special. If you've ever wanted the energy, ownership and growth opportunities of a start-up, backed by the credibility and support of an established business, this could be the role for you.

You'll work as one of the founding team members, helping launch and manage campaigns for some of the UK's fastest-growing consumer brands.
No two days will look the same. One day you might be onboarding a new client, the next analysing campaign performance, building reports, managing client relationships or helping shape the future direction of the business.

- Culture is at the heart of our sales team, we want someone energetic, enthusiastic, and wanting to drive a fun, inclusive and exciting work environment. We want ideas and fun ones !
Who we're looking for:
We're far more interested in attitude than experience.

Application question(s):
- This role is fully office-based in London, 4 days a week. Are you able to commit to this?
- What appeals to you about working for a start-up-style business like re:mind rather than a larger, more established company?
- This role involves a lot of client communication and performance reporting. Can you give a brief example of a time you've managed a project, task or relationship that required you to stay organised under pressure?
