Job Title: Admin Assistant / Typist
Job Type: Temporary August 2026 to April 2027 (Office hours Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm) Accommodation may be made for those who can only work 4 days.
Salary: Salary commensurate with experience
We are currently accepting applications for an Admin Assistant / Typist within our Greenock office.
This role requires excellent customer care, accurate typing ability and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Arranging appointments and liaising with clients.
- Audio Typist
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills to help with the office.
- Good time management and ability to work under tight deadlines
General office duties including mail, filing, handling telephone and email enquiries, computer data inputting, preparing reports for clients are also part of the job position.
Previous experience would be an advantage however, consideration will be given to applicants with keyboard skills and are quick to learn.
